Hi! You are a Windows Insider who responded to a user’s problem with her/his audio sound driver. I bought a new HP Cloud based (very limited 32 GB) SSD drive mobile laptop. I am very happy with it. However, as mentioned it has VERY limited free storage after all the necessary apps are installed. So, I routinely delete old updates and drivers. Thus, I cannot ROLE BACK an installed driver. This means that legacy devices SOON become unusable (unhappily for me). I thus cannot use a legacy HP DVD RW or Toshiba mobile DVD RW anymore because the drivers have become incompatible or corrupted! FYI.
